For agencies and consultancies running client work in Jira Cloud
ReportCraft assembles a client-ready status report from your Jira projects — done, in progress, blockers and risks, next steps — with every line tied to real issues. You review it, put your brand on it, and send it as a private link, PDF, or email. In your client's language.
$1.25 per Jira user/month · 30-day free trial · Private beta Fall 2026
Product preview — design mockup. ReportCraft is in development; waitlist members get the first beta invites.
Scroll the board. Open a dozen issues. Translate Jira-speak into client language. Paste it into a doc, fix the formatting, find last week's version, update the numbers, write the email. Then do it again for the next client. One to three hours per client — every single week.
Choose Jira projects, the reporting period, a template (weekly status, sprint summary, or monthly executive), and the report language.
ReportCraft reads issue statuses, transitions, assignees, due dates, flags, and sprints — and writes the story: Done · In progress · Blockers & risks · Next. Every statement carries its issue keys. If it isn't in Jira, it isn't in the report.
Edit any line. Apply your logo, colors, and sign-off. Share as a private link your client opens without a Jira account, download a PDF, or copy it as a ready-to-paste email.
AI drafts are only useful if you can trust them. ReportCraft's generator sees nothing but your Jira issue data, must reference issue keys for every claim, and a validator rejects any statement that doesn't match a real issue. Nothing is ever sent without your review — and if you'd rather skip AI entirely, a structured no-AI report mode is always included.
Your logo, your colors, your sign-off. Delivered as a private link (no Jira account or license needed on the client side), a polished PDF, or an email your client can read in 90 seconds. Three templates at launch: weekly status, sprint summary, monthly executive.
Write reports in English, German, Polish, Ukrainian, and more — independent of your Jira language. An auto-draft lands every Friday morning (or at sprint close) with a notification. You review, tweak, and hit send.
Dashboards ask your client to log in, learn the tool, and dig. ReportCraft sends the three paragraphs they'll actually read.
You don't build layouts from scratch — you get the report already written, then make it yours.
AI recaps inside Jira brief your team. ReportCraft produces the external deliverable — branded, reviewed by you, in the client's language.
Waitlist members get the first private-beta invites and a direct line to shape the roadmap.
Join the waitlistReportCraft is built on Atlassian Forge, so the app runs and stores report snapshots inside Atlassian's infrastructure. To generate a draft, the relevant issue data is processed by our AI provider under a zero-data-retention agreement and is never used for model training. The no-AI report mode works entirely inside Atlassian.
The generator only receives structured data from your Jira issues, every statement must reference issue keys, and a validator blocks anything that doesn't match a real issue. On top of that, a human — you — reviews every report before it goes anywhere.
No. Clients get a private link, a PDF, or an email. Nothing to install, no seats to buy, and share links can be revoked at any time.
English, German, Polish, and Ukrainian at launch, with more to follow. The report language is independent of your Jira language — run Jira in English, report in German.
